I actually think that it's 92-98, because only 99-00 are my model. I thought that 92-98 were the same model? How are they different?
Someone please set us right on this if you know.....

92-95 come with a Mitsubishi motor and a COMPLETELY different chassis.

The 96-98 Elantra and the 99-00 both come with the 1.8L/2.0L Beta and have the chassis which the Tiburon is built off of.

Between the 96-98 and 99-00 Elantra, the only differences are the front and rear fascias.

their our advantages of owning an older hyundai and then there's the disadvantages. Since we have a 1.8l mitsubishi engine in our cars we can actually use some aftermarket mitsubishi parts on our cars. I.e. Fuel Pressure regulators. But the BEST part is that we can drop in a the 4G63T without any problems. That's the powerplant for the older eclipses/talons. It's a 2.0l turbocharged mitsubishi engine. <eg> I want one dropped in my engine bay. :p
