I commented on bandpass boxes. The reason I mentioned this is because bandpass enclosures tend to create a hell of a "boomy" sound. In a small car like the Tiburon, this boomy sound reflects like hell and as an end result, all you hear is boomy loud obnoxious bass. You may be nothing but a bass head and all you want is boomy bass where people can hear you a half mile away, if so then go bandpass. On the other hand, you may be someone who actually enjoys quality sound. In this case, I would recommend a sealed enclosure. I have 3 JL W6 10"s in a sealed box im my Tib and it creates the perfect sound. I also have an amp with a bass control knob which I mounted in the console where I can dial in the amount of bass I want on any song. Anyway, sealed enclosures provide crisp, tighter bass than a ported or bandpass. Remember bass is distortion so there is only so many ways to clean it up. Sealed boxes require less airspace than a bandpass or ported enclosure. Sealed boxes also require more power to the speakers than any other where as bandpass require less power. I don't like ported boxes because the need to be large in order to sound good and you need to tune them perfectly with the perfect amount of ports. If you don't, all you will hear is port noise and muddy bass. To sum it all up, I would go with the sealed simply because its the easiest to build, takes up the least amount of space and tends to create the best sound. Hope this helps somewhat. If you have any more questions, post again and I can go in depth about enclosures.
