Please help me (engine swap) 98 Accent to Beta 2

Im only 16 years old and have just bought my first car, a 1998 Hyundai Accent. I have decided to do an engine swap. Instead of the little old 1.5, I would like to fit a beta 2 motor, I would like to know if the motor would fit to the standard gearbox as i wouldn't like to invest in a new one at the moment. I would also like to know if you could mount it to the standard engine mounts and if there are any bolt on turbo kits out there for it. Dont have enough money for Forged pistons and so on, so i would like to know if you could run it on the standard parts (what would the boost limitations be?) and how hard would the setup be??

Please help me.

when i got my beta swap done, the stock tranny bolted to the engine..most of the bolt hole's lined up so i could fasten them but not all of them.

I'm not sure if your X3 Tranny will fit the beta 2, and i'm also not sure if a econocar tranny for the 1.5L might be able to handle the torque of a 2.0L.
lol. jeez enough with the torque man. the turbo x3 guys have more hp and torque than the beta does and they are running stock trannies.

ur tranny will bolt up to the engine but you would be better off with a beta1 2.0 instead of a beta2 because it is more similar to your engine. as far as mounts they will have to be custom but nothing major. search in the forums for other guys that have done it. there is a sticky at the top of this one with inforation about the swap
