I have a 97 Tiburon FX and I wanted to get some info for the 1.8L cam swap. First of all will this even work for a 97 2.0L

Am I suppose to get the Elantra 1.8L intake cam or the 1.8L Tibby intake cam or are they both the same.

What year do I get? Do I have to get the same year cam as my car or doesn't it matter.

I think that's it. If there is anything else I missed please let me know. Oh ya, what does that cam cost.
thanks for the help.

It is ONLY the intake cam, and ONLY out of the 1.8L Elantra years 1996, 1997 or 1998 .

It should run you about $120 to $135 from www.stcharlesauto.com

The new 2001 Elantra intake cam is better however, and should cost about the same.
