I recommend a cold air intake. In a sense it is exactly like what yoon said except replace all that stuff with an pipe that goes straight to the throttle body, cut to put MAFS in, and a big cone at the end.

I had gotten towed by the city and they destroyed my alignment so the service manager at Hyundai took it for a spin to see what he could do. He said it made a HUGE difference. He was tempted to pull a Sonata off the lot and we could race the two. But that would be wrong . Just to see the difference, but he said there is a large difference before and after. Only problem is it will be a bit louder. Like when your driving and you gun it, it sounds like a larger engine then it is. ***May increase the amount of speeding tickets you receive*** cause its just such a sweet sound. Mine came out to just over $100 Cdn. So what $1.00 US?

Also recommend a cat back exhaust. But it will definately make more of a resounding noise throughout the car. Quiet outside, pretty loud inside.

yoon, when you remove the duct, you have to tear out the fuse box and a tonne of other crap. Then when you do that, the air box sucks air from pretty well against the frame. There is only about a 1 inche difference.

Hope it works out
