it's a bitch without proper equipment. at my shop we have a mashine that replaces it. i dont see how y ou could do it manualy ....well you can by using a vacume pump... but you will only replace what's in the reservoar not and it's a pain in the ass overall

if i were you i'd go to a reputable shop and have them perform a PS Flush. it's very efective and down here costs 80bucks

It shouldn`t need replacing on a car as young as yours!.
Just keep it topped to MAX on the reservoir`s dipstick. Check this level with the engine running......after you`ve turned the steering wheel from lock-to-lock half a dozen times to warm up the fluid.
