If 2 tibbys have stock 2.0L BETA engines, one has a 16" wheels + tires and the other with a 14 or a 15" wheels + tires....which one will win a straight race? Is there any performance difference between these two cars in terms of speed?

With identical drivers, the car with the smaller rims would be quicker, even if the overall rim/tire height was the same. The smaller rims have less rotational mass and can accelerate quicker. However, the difference would be so small that driver skill would be a bigger factor.

Usually an ideal type of rim to race with is 15". Whenever you see people trying to race with 19s and a body kit, you know they ain't for real <img src=/images/forums/snitz/laugh.gif width=15 height=31 border=0>

depens on the wheels, if you've got low weight wheels then you'd probably win
