Does the Air Temp sensor need to come before the MAF? or can it be reversed. Like to know for a intake project.

It shouldn't matter as long as they are still in the intake.

What year accent / excel are you talking about, because for a 90 - 93 excel the MAF is in the airbox covered by the filter, and the temp gauge is up by the injuctors.
