I just got my b&G 1.6' springs installed. The front looks great, but the back looks like its still the same, will they settle in more after? The guy said they will,He also said my original springs and struts were rusted to ****,and all the bolts. The car only has 15000 km on it,why would this be?

Yeah the front and the rear should settle more in the next few weeks. The rust part is beyond me though

The iron in the steel of the strut/spring combined with oxygen from the air to make rust. Can't fight chemistry.

Thats why most aftermarket springs are powercoated: to protect them (and look nifty too!).
