Hey doc, i have heard a few people refer to eating raw fruit and vegetables... just want some clarification as to what this actually means, does this mean that if they are roasted (e.g. roast pumkin and potatoes) or boiled (e.g. asparagus) that they arent as good for you? Are non steamed carrots better for you that just peeled carrots? Also, after reading "the buff buffet" i have started to eat 2 eggs a day. Is that too much? Lastly, there are often references to wild salmon, what do you mean by wild? Is packaged and tin salmon ok to eat as well? Ty for any advice.
