01tibby....You can hook a system up to it. I got 1 10" sub w/ an amp hooked up right to the factory head unit. You need an RCA preout kit to do this though. I think its $70. Sounds good. Just louder on the right side then the left because of the line converter...only being hooked up to one side and the head unit isn't meant for a system. But other then that it sounds fine
