When I got my car inspected last, and the inspector was checking my rear drums, he took the wheel off and took the outer drum piece (I complained about the back brakes seemed kinda useless and the e-brake sucks) and he said the adjuster wheel doesn't spin at all.
Is this a hard thing to fix? I was thinking of using some kinda liquid wrench or something, and something told me that maybe lubericant + something that uses friction to stop = a bad idea.
