Two quick questions.
1. Is there a website that you can input your current tire/wheel size and it would tell you what size tire you need if you go to 15 inch rims.

2. Will the stock 15's from a Tib fit my 97 accent w/13's. Im pretty sure I would have to swap tires to get the overall size the same. And keep my spedo accurate?

any help or ideas would be great.

Okay, here's the average overall diameter in inches (millimenters) for different tyre sizes:

155/80x13: 22.76 (578)
175/70x13: 22.64 (575)
185/60x14: 22.75 (578)
195/50x15: 22.67 (576)
205/40x16: 22.45 (570)
215/40x16: 22.77 (578)
205/40x17: 23.45 (596)
205/35x18: 23.64 (600)

...so if you had 13's with 175/70 tyres and had the space in the wheel wells, you could go to 16's with 215/40 tyres. As you wanted to go with 15's, a set of 195/50's would be a perfect fit. You could probably get 18's to fit, but it would make the speedometer read slow, and you wouldn't be able to lower the car as much.

Thanks for all the info guys. Yeah I hate the gap on my car. I plan on lowering the car just a bit (1-2 inches) and looking at a set of wheels that came off a 2k Tib. They have the 4 bolt, so I guess I could just try one on. I didnt want to go with anything larger than 15 inches because I drive about 105 miles a day and the tire cost would eat me up. Thanks again for all the info, this site has been a great help to me and my car. great site!
