Having some trouble with my Hyundai Elantra SE 2017. Engine Misfires, codes P0303, P0301, and P0300.
Cylinders One and Three have been reported to have misfires.
Poor acceleration, engine runs rough until I hit about 60mph after that it runs smoothly until I lower my
Speed around 40hrs, come to a Stop, or rapidly reduce speed.
the symptoms will not appear when starting the car first thing, but after a trip when you start it up again it will produce the symptom.
When the symptoms are present I notice the RPMs are fluctuating.
I don’t hear and squeaking or air hissing and I have done a visual check of the hoses for a possible vacuum leak.

No other codes appearing.
I replaced all the spark plugs.
I changed the Oil and Oil Filter.
I replaced the Cam Shaft Sensors A and B.
Is there anything I missed that maybe a simple fix I am overlooking? I am going to replace the ignition coils next. Could it be a vacuum leak? Really just looking for opinions, maybe some suggestions before I take her into a shop as I have almost exhausted my knowledge of this repair.
Any information would be great!
🙏
