Will the conrods and/or pistons from a scoupe turbo fit on the new alpha? Also, how much boost can those parts handle?

No they won't fit.

The 1.6L has a wider bore than the G4EKT, and I'm pretty sure it has a different rod length as well, but short of tearing down a motor, I can't be sure about that.
