Question,
i am thinking of supercharging my Accent, however the kits seem very expensive, in excess of 3k for some from CAPA and Eaton. would it be worth the effort of getting a second hand supercharger from an import wrecker? i see them advertised for next to nothing, and how much extra modification would be required if i sourced a supercharger from one, that was originally desgined for another car, like a nissan or mitsi?
would it be easier to get a supercharger rated for a lower cc' engine? or would the power consumed in the supercharger outweigh the power produced.
i would like to try cheap easy performance, without changing the internals too much.
