seriously considering 4g63 swap

Just to make sure, the 4g63 motor will fit into a 92 Excel without major mods to the mounts and stuff, right? If so, and I get a transmission along with the engine, would everything align correctly? I know I would need custom exhaust...1.75 inches won't do. Is there anything else that would need to be considered? Axles? Anything? I dont know nearly enough for this sort of thing, but most of this will happen after Advanced Individual training in the National Guard, which will greatly increase my knowledge. Thanks for your help.
