Hey, what kind of paint would I have to use to paint the black plastic trim(radio/heat control surround, instrument shroud/buttons, and instrument panel surround(behind the glass touching the gauges). Should I remove them and use spraypaint or use some other silver clearcoat-based paint? Any help is appreciated!

P.S.-I was trailing a Scoupe today and I have always wondered what people mean when they say 'S-Coupe'. I *just* realized that the 'S' is bigger and stands out more and I have always pronounced the name 'scoupe', not 'scoop' like some retards.

So, silver paint help needed!!

It'll tell ya what you need.
That SEM stuff is pricier than the usual Krylon, but works great!
Hope that helps

Well, I just took the shroud off the radio/heat/mid. vents and I just spraypainted it. I got the gauge cluster out but the glass on the panel touching the gauges would not come off, so I used Testors model car silver paint and painted trim rings around all the gauges. I also painted the word 'Hyundai' in the digital clock filler piece. I took pics of it today and I'll have 'em soon!

If you want to take the gauge cluster glass out , just heat it a little at the edges with a heat gun. Then try to lift it with a screwdriver( VERY CAREFULL.!!).
