I drink usually 5 or 6 cans of pepsi everyday. I have been told that the carbonation eats the inside of my stomach. Is this true? Also, is caffeinne bad for you?

That's alot of soda to consume a day. Soda may taste great, however it's not good for you. Caffiene slowly shuts down the adrenal glands. This is why so many depend on coffee/caffiene in the morning, because it is taking the place of the adrenal glands. The adrenal glands produce hormones and other chemicals which help you to get going in the morning.
Drinking water is very important.
