I've been putting alot of miles on the car and wanted to get new wires (already bought plugs 2 months ago and was waiting on wires). So I went to Advance and Auto Zone neither of which had any plug wires for the accent. So I checked a few other places on the net and still none. Called KORE 2 months ago.?. Called MHP and they said their magnacore wires were on back order for the last 6 weeks, looked at the Split fire's on shark racing and they're too expensive. I found the web site for magnacore and called them. They had the wires in stock (go figure as to what MHP said) so I ordered them. MHP wanted around $60-$70 for them plus shipping. Picked up the same ones for $45.72 shipped. Not bad for Magnacore wires. here's the number if anyone is interested (248) 669-6688 and I should receive them in 3 days.

If anyone else has found some plug wires for their accents, please post them. Thanks

The 8.0mm are more than enough I didn't get the 8.5mm.

That's probably the price difference then. The ones MHP and everyone else likes to get are the 8.5mm KV85 wires.

Didn't realize that, but after checking it out this is true. Thanks for pointing that out. I feel the 8mm is more than adequate for the 1.5L engines. Still a saving of $$$ though... from the 8.5mm wires.
