speed governor

back to the topic at hand. Why are the canadian Tiburon run up to 140 and the US only at 120 mph. Is there a difference in the engine internals?[???].

well I read somewhere in the forum that the canadian Tibs hit 140 not so sure though. But I don't have stock tires...Khumo's<img src=/images/forums/snitz/thumbup.gif width=25 height=18 border=0>. Has anyone that you know off taken their governor out and if had they had any problems?
