whenever i start my car and it is cold i get a loud obnoxious squeaking noise...and it gets worse whenever i turn the wheel and its seems a little harder to turn the wheel as well..this only happens when its cold but once the car is warmed up its completley fine.....i dunno...loose belt?...low power steering fluid??...any help would be great

A loud squeak is usually a belt issue, but being low on ps fluid can cause some strange sounds. Lucky for you, both are easy to check!
