Strobes are illegal to have on while driving the car. You may have them on while your car is parked and ****. You usually would hook them to a switch, that way you can turn them on and off whenever you want!

Hey guys, he lives in Australia, the laws may not be the same as U.S.

BTW I have no friggin clue as to wether they're legal or not.

If I was a cop I would book anyone with them on just for being a wanker.

I know a guy in Toronto who has put strobes inside his heater vents. It looked really sharp however I think that if you painted the inside of the heater vents silver you would get a much brighter flash. This could possibly be one of my next projects. I'll likely do it next spring. I want to re-paint my dash, and figure that I might as well do it all at once. Maybe even calibrate my gauges after my white face gauge install.... Damn thing reads 7kph faster...

bewarned.. driveing at night with them could cause some one with epelepse (i can't spell) to go into a sesure and possible into your lane. I haven't heard of this happening but i knew someone with that and strobing lights would cause him to seize.

strobes are cool when used in moderation, i've seen too many people put them all over the place on their cars and make it look like a christmas tree. i plan to hook up some strobes inmy car so when the alarm get tripped the whole interior start to flash and stuff and really attract some attention.
