Starting my car today I roll down the window. I hear a loud bang, some scratching and then the window just drops down the door. I get it about 1 inch up and that is all. I call the dealership and they don't want to look at it on saturday morning and claimed they would not rent me a car cause hyundai doesn't do that but I know they do. But eventually I got the window most of the way up, just can't roll it down for now. My girl and I are taking it to the dealership monday morning. Just hate having a drivers side window that doesn't work

Take off your door panel. and see if you might of broke or chipped the window. Those things are quite a bit of $$$.

well, it is covered all on warranty so I am not going to worry too much about it. It fell because of a warrantable problem so they should have to fix it. If not I guess I will have to cough up some $

Hyundai does rent out cars when ur car is in for repairs under warrantee cause every time mine was in they gave me one.

the stupid ****ers at the dealership told me again that hyundai has never done that unless you buy an extended warranty. and now since my window won't roll up, it is winter, I don't have a garage, and it will be 1 week till they get the parts in, I am going to contact my lawyer since I feel all contact with the dealership concerning this has been attempted. I am a very pissed off guy towards the dealership right now. I have like 2.5k in stereo equipment that could get stolen not to mention all the interior damage that will result if it snows here

i've had 3 window regulators go out on me in the 8 months i've had my car... maybe you and me got regs from the same factory. ugh. it's shitty isn't it? <img src=icon_smile_angry.gif border=0 align=middle>
