I was wondering about installation, and such, wondering where to look, and how much engine prep is needed to install a big NOS system. I thought F&F had a neat idea about putting it under the passanger seat. Im looking to make this thing fast and beat all these honda peeps here in atlanta!!

Thought about going the NOS route. The 55 HP ZEX kit (http://www.zex.com) sounds real easy to install but its never been tested on an Accent.

If anybody knows EXACTLY where the vaccum hose and fuel preasure regulator hose connects up to, I'll buy the damn thing and install it. Read up and let me know!

my 2000 Hyundai Accent has a vaccum port on the intake manifold, and it goes to a sensor, and into a return fuel line. I hooked up my Nitrous Oxide System to this hose and it did not boost the fuel pressure, so you can not go that route. You (as well as me right now) will have to buy a bigger fuel pump and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to keep the engine from running lean. I didnt think this would be such a major install, but I am having to re-do my entire fuel system to do this. Possibly new injectors now too. Its hard to be the first to do something new on your car, and when its never been done before you have to engineer everything yourself. If you have a '95-'99 Accent the 1.5L Mitsubishi NOS system "MIGHT" work for you. But you can get anything to fit if you know what you are doing and you want to spend close to $1000.

First Accent with Nitrous??? :)

I'm sure it is but how much, I don't know. Right of the bat, I have a 1.6 liter engine and you have a 1.5. Since you've done the install, where did you connect the vaccum hose and fule preasure regulator hose?
