Here are the pics that I promised I would put up today of the Vortech Super FMU that is in stalled on my car. The fitting that I used to tap the fuel rail was 3/8 in an fitting available at NAPA. Alos if you look at my Fuel Rail you will notice a Quick Relase Fitting sticking up that is for my Fuel Pressure Gauge so it is not on the car all the time just during Tuning.

It stands for Fuel Managment Unit, what it does it that when Boost is sensed it rasies the fuel pressure to accomidate for the extra air flow. It is a must on Turboed cars that started life as N/A.

Wow!
How can you manage on running 14PSI on stock internals?
What size gasket do you have installed?
Whats your compression ratio at with the gasket installed?

Also who makes the FMU unit?
Is this like a FPR?

My compression is 9.2:1 which is stock, as for gaskets and anythignelse the motor is just like it came from the factory. nothing has been touched on the inside.

yay!! I got my **** all hooked up with my SFMU, damn that **** kicks ass over the stock fuel rpessure regulator, I have not even tuned that **** up and it still responds better.
I feel like I have more torque to, I gotta find me a dyno shop before I slap in the turbo and see what I am putting down to the wheels.
