You can use your stock KM201 trans, but you need to use the flywheel from a 1G 4G63 non-turbo.
However, with the larger, more powerful engine, it might be wise to also swap in the beefier KM210 that came mated stock to the 4G63T. This trans is a bit larger and requires modification of the tunnel/floor area around it.
You'll probably need a larger radiator, and room for the intercooler, of course. I believe you need the ECU to go along with the engine, too.
I'm still researching this stuff myself, so don't take my word as gospel or anything...
I've seen alot of people on this board refering to this swap, but it's hard to get any real details from them... Here's where I've been able to find some of my information:

If you don't already know, our X2s share the same drivetrain as the early non-turbo Mitsubishi Mirage & Dodge Colt. People are starting to do the same swap on these cars, so anything that you see about them would apply to us, too.
With the fuel pump, you could probably get away with the stocker, but with a loss of potential power. Upgrade the pump and add an adjustable pressure regulator while you're at it.
As far as the true "bolt-on" nature of this swap, I don't think its quite that simple, but perhaps it isn't all that difficult either.
I plan on doing this to my 91 Excel, possibly with one of those 2.3 strokers & a KM210 equipped w/limited-slip & Centerforce dual-friction clutch. Ahhhh, I can almost feel the G-force...<img src=/images/forums/snitz/smile.gif width=15 height=15 border=0
