It is a load of crap!
If it was an electric fan I might (but probly not) believe they might have something. But how can they increase the air flow into your throttle body by just putting a fan inside your intake that is only propelled by the air that is already moving to the throttle body? This one ranks right up there with the little thing that you just clamp on your fuel lines an it magicly increases your fuel economy by lining up the molecules.
