ok, i got a '95 accent, i wanna put a tib engine & tranny in, and i wanna know if this is possible, and if it is is it legal, andif it is howhard would it be. And i live in maryland, so i have to pass inspection every 2 years. plz help me!

Yes it possible.
No it isn't <i>that</i> expensive (~$2000).
Yes it's legal as long as it's from a new car, which in your case is guaranteed as Tibs weren't made till '97.
As soon as I get mine done (around December) I'll have a full write up of how to do it on the site.
