I`m trying to get info on this swap
before i get involved in it (hey i need to
drive it to work each day..)
I already got a rear set up complete with
disc,caliper,spindels hubs.....
Spindels do look very similar
will it just bolt on?
I haven`t looked at the front yet but what
is needed to instal the TIb`s front brakes too?

Thanks

I'd have to get my hands on an accent to see if the front calipers line up.

I'll have a spare set of tiburon front calipers and discs in about a week.

Maybe I can talk Leftside into letting me..uh...experiment with his accent.

too my understanding the rear is possible BUT it will require alot of modification, b/c the accent doesn't come stock with 4 wheel discs.

as for the front i do not believe it is possible at all. i forget the exact reason but i will try and find out for you.

I'm only doing a carry on bag...I'd love to see the x-ray dude, when he see's brake calipers and 2 rotors in my carry on bag! *laugh*

not to mention it would up the weight of my carry on by about 45 lbs!!!<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>

I know that if i use the front and rear tib brakes i`m better to use the tib master cyl and prop valve to get proper brake balnce and operation the rear doesn`t very hard to do lokks like only a matter of swapping parts
if you guys tell me the front can be done i`ll order a set of complete fron spindels with brakes
