I noticed when I was buying the timing belt for the accent that they also sell a kit consisting of a belt and the tensioner pulley. Does hyundai recommend replaceing the tensioner pulley when replacing the belt? Also does hyundai reccomend replacing the water pump too? I'm sure some you guys will know the answers.

Yes do the tensioner when you do the timing belt. Buy a kit that sells the tensioner and belt. Also, when i did mine i replaced all belts. Im not sure about the water pump. But why not when your in their. Mine water pump only cost about 30-40 buck. So why not.
