Does any one know how hard this would be. i'm putting the 4g63t engine and i would rather have a stick shift.(i have an auto right now)

A few members have done the tranny swap. Hopefully one of then will be along to tell you.

I watched a tranny swap on a BMW 318 from auto to stick, it looked easy except for the clutch pedal, which has to be put in. Then the linkage has to be run, but its not very diffcult, a competent shop will be able to do it.
