Just swapped the enigne in my 00 accent. After reconnecting the transmission, it no longer operates. We changed the oil and i'm not sure if thats the problem. Nothing happens in any grear. Please let me know what we may have missed when reconnecting. Any help is appreciated!:)

Its an automatic tranny.

What trans did you use? The first thing I would check is to make sure an axle didn't slip out.

its the stock trans. shafts are fine. both wheels turn if you manually spin them.

BTW this is a stock to stock swap.

Make sure you connected the shifter cables(assuming it's a manual tranny) and I would make sure you clutch was installed correctly.

Well if its an auto i would double check all eletrical plugs ins and also make sure that your torque converter is completly on the shaft of the tranny and that you bolted said converter to the flywheel or whatever they call it when its on a auto.
