I was trying to check out the results for some of the common turbos used on the Beta engines. Unfortunately I don't know all of the variables needed to enter in. I'm not even sure how accurate this is, but I'd like to see what kind of results it gives on at least one type of turbo setup. Any help would be great.

well, since i had a little extra time on my hands, i decided to go ahead and try this sucker out. The bore on the beta is 82mm, which is 3.2472 inches. Stroke is 93.5mm, which equates to 3.7026 inches. I assumed the Volumetric Efficiency was 82.5%, which is an average of what they gave. I also averged compressor efficiency and intercooler efficiency from what they gave and got 65% and 72.5%, respectively. So...with all those assumptions, at 22 centigrade (71.6 F), at 10psi...the calculator says you get 214.32bhp, and 178.67 ft-ls of torque.

Bump all those efficiency numbers up 5%, and power is up to 230.78 and torque balloons to 192.39...you may all begin bowing down.

the real reason i did all this is because im a senior in high school, and i think i did bad on my semester exams in calculus and physics, so im trying to make myself feel smart again by doing really easy conversions using demensional (sp?) analysis! haha!
