To quote Brendan (a good guy to ask questions if he hasn't already answered them) from a recent post (go back and look for a post called 'nitrous').

Which system are you geting, I recomend zex for easy install and safety, nothing special you need save for new plugs, get plugs 1-2 heat ranges colder, and NO PLATINUMS . start with a 55 shot and hit it @ 3000 rpm or more, you'll be fine. headers and exhaust will help more, read you plugs when you first use it to, as for fuel I changed the fuel pump, a regulator won't do squat if you can't give it the fuel.

Brendan, your reccomnding plugs 1 or 2 degrees colder???? Are you sure about that? I would only run cold plugs when I take the car to the track! Cold plugs are BAD for daily drivers. Joey from Zex said it might not be a good idea to run cold plugs on a daily driver and he sells them. I could be wrong but I don't think so on this one.
Just buy cheap plugs and change them often!
Thanx for the 411. I also thought I saw a post on aluminum pistons and rod kits for sale somewhere on this forum. I'm trying to find that post.<img src=icon_smile_dissapprove.gif border=0 align=middle>
