You can fit the 2.0L engine in an accent, as that has been done before, but I'm not to sure about fitting a tubo in there as well. I think you would run out of room in the engine bay to fit the turbo manifold and plumbing. You could probably fit a supercharger in there though...they don't take up any more space that the stock setup.
