The answer your looking for is within the hyundai family. Do some research on the 1994 Scoop. Youll find out that the turbo motor on the scoup(1994) is the same one on the Accent(2000 & up). The only differance is the pistons.(Accent 10:1, scoop 7.5:1) The most amount of money you would spend is less than $1,000.00 if you do the work your self. Just buy Pistons, Turbo, lines, Exhaust, Solenoids, & a good Turbo timer(HKS)

The 95+ Accent 1.5L engine (G4EK) and the S-Coupe Turbo motor (G4EKT) are both from the same engine family, Alpha. However, if you look at the two motors, the G4EKT is much more suited for a turbo and has several differences from it's brother G4EK.

The main differences is the G4EKT has oil squirters under the pistons to keep engine temperature down, it has lower compression pistons, it has a different intake manifold, and it has a different exhaust manifold (obviously).

Also, the stock turbo on the S-Coupe is a puny T2, you might want to upgrade to something like a T25.
