In the L.A. area or not, I can produce those graphics for you. I already have them in my system and have used them on a '01 Celica. Around here the graphics are refered to as "Volk Racing" graphics because a large number of volk sponsored race cars are sporting these graphics. Volk is a high-end japanesse based wheel company.
One suggestion, You should try and add a thin outline to the graphics it may cost a little more but it looks great.<img src=/images/forums/snitz/cool.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>
