and I'd have to say, Rob was right all the time, the pictures don't do the car any justice...
Well it debuted here in the states yesterday at the opening of the MIAMI BEACH INTERNATIONAL AUTO SHOW...
I'll start off with the parts I don't like:
1- Front bumper (it just plainly sux)
2- Exhaust system (it's the worst design you've ever seen) there's 2 cats with 1 up in front of the engine again of course, and I believe we counted 3 resonators.
3- 181hp (at the flywheel)
4- GT Badging (I don't think 181hp deserves a GT badging, sorry guys everyone knows I'm more PRO-HYUNDAI then themselves, but really GT, when an RSX 4cylinder will cream us)
What I liked:
1- EVERYTHING ELSE
I can tell you that an INTAKE will be awesome with this engine, especially since I just tried a K&N filter on Nikkis santa fe and that thing was kicking arse, unbelievable power, so I can just imagine a CAI on there.
and a 2.5" to 2.75" exhaust should release lots of those ponies that are being kept from releasing.
also if you do end up going with the 4 cylinder, the room is crazy for a TURBO, there's so much space in there it's awesome...
Unfortunately, I messed up and didn't take a camera, but I will be going back, and will get pics for you guys, unless someone else posts them
P.S. you guys have to hear the MITSU GUY that put down the HYUNDAI name as he was trying to sell with words a MITSU LANCER with 120hp at the flywheel, even with 3 KORE CREW MEMBERS wearing the polos in front of him... hahahaha it was hillarious, we made him feel so stupid afterwards... <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
