Hello,

i´m karl from germany, i drive a hyundai tiburon from 97 and have some questions.

1. please tell me, can i drive 18" wheels with coilovers?
2. how much is the biggest wheel, i can use? I think 18" is the biggest, right?
3. have anybody from you experience with the 5ziegen Hyper ZR?

well, I'm mostly sure an elantra of the same year is similar, so my opinions:

1: Depends. 18 inches is kinda wide, and unless your offset is right it'll rub. I have problems with 17 inch ones, and wish I'd gotten 15-16 instead. Thems the breaks. -.- Also depends on the type of coilover. More information needed to produce helpfull remarks.

2: personally, I'd never go above 17. I'd say 16 is a bit better, but that's cause 17 seems too big. IF I turn it all the way one side or another, it tends to rub, and rubbed more before I raised it up from where it was previously lowered with coilovers. Handleing might be weird though, and low profile tires+ actual coilovers means you get bumps like crazy. First while after I had just coilovers on, It almost made me sick to drive my car for more than a few minutes at a time. You get used to it after a while though.
