Hey you guys are always talkin how u kick honduhs'and mitsusisy's ass's. Well do I got a story for u. I used to deliver pizza's in my 99 hyundai accent and one day comin back from a a delivery a dumb fuc*er decides to pull up next to me in a 96 - 98 dodge peon (neon). His car looks pretty wel hooked up so I wasnt gonna bother, and I wasn't really in a mood to race. This dumbass insted on pushin it he starts to rev up his engine. Just from the sound of it I could tell he had at least an intake and exhaust work and my car was bone stock at the time. So I was like "OK u wanna play". So I start revving the light turns green we both take off. The bastard gets me off teh line cause of the skinnies I was running up front but as I speed shifted through second and third, and by time I jammed it in fourth he was a good car length behind me. People need to learn if u can drive it u shouldn't race it especially a neon. Also I hope there are more stories of hyundai's eat peons for lunch cause I really cant stand them<img src=icon_smile_evil.gif border=0 align=middle>.

Ya...I believe the neons have a 1.6 (not sure), but I'm sure they have a sohc. I whooped my buds about a week ago. Nice kill. <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Well while were on the topic of Dodge, how should the Tib do against a 99 Stratus?

I think I've seen it has 5 more horses and a little more torque than the tib, but I'm sure it weighs a hell of a lot more.

Just wondering, because one of my friends just bought a 99, and he's just a dodge freak, had a shadow, then a neon, now a stratus, didn't listen to me though, I told him he should have got one of the new stratus R/Ts

you better be carefull what you say..the neon pre 2000 is a 2.o sohc and expresso/sprts/rt/acr are dohc..my freinds both drive neons acrs (97,98) the slower of the 2 runs a 14.7 and the faster ran a 13.7 these cars both only have basic bolt ons such as intake,header, t body,computer, and both run at the track only with the rear seat pass seat and spare tire removed.. the 14.7 pass was with full interior..if you want to see the cars gotot http://members.tripod.com/harrisautosports and look at racing buds<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
