You're right. The bolt patern IS 4x114.3mm with a +42 offset on a 2000 Tiburon. If getting wider rims, it is suggested to decrease the offset of the new rims by 2 or 3 to compensate for the increase tire/ wheel width. For instance, if you are getting 17"x7.5" rims then you should get rims with a +40 offset.
