I Got a 2000 Elantra GLS, im interested in swappin out my stock engine and geta more powerful one wit a new high performance tranny..... if anyone has any tips on what i should Get 2 Me

No no no. You dont have to swap anything, the Hyundai Beta is bulletproof strong engine just waiting for a turbo.

aaaand... the search button is your freind.

The Beta (your engine) responds to forced induction very very well. You can turbo it, supercharge it, whatever, its going to like it alot. No need to swap at all.

The manuel trannies are very duralble and can handle a fair amount of power.

You should look into a turbo if you want more power.

Hey C B, where did you get the leather interior? that looks great. I have a 97 Elantra GLs that i want to swap the cloth seats for leather.
