Well, as topic.
I've searched through the forum and spent a few hours looking into it,
but have not found a complete list of things needed to take from the scoupe.

I have the possibility of getting to a rear-ended scoupe -93 some miles from where I live.

If there is such a post with what is needed and what needs to be done,
I would be really appreciative of the person who posted a link to it :)

Just to make it clear, I have a 1995 Accent SOHC 1.5L completely stock (AFAIK).
Planning on exchanging the exhaust and intake at the same time as mounting the turbo.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Hello everyone
I read forum and I have few question
I live in Poland, I have Hyundai Accent 1,5l 12V -96r. I want to increase HP through turbo.
I wont to get 150-200HP

I Have:
turbo: K03 z VW 1,8T
Intercoolr
oilcooler
Exhuast Manifold
Walbro 255lph
Exhuast 2,5’’
injectors Tiburion or Mitsu
SMT6
blow off

Question:
- I think I can use pistons from SCoupe turbo Am I right?
- What is strength rods like? How many HP or Nm withstand in stock Accent?
- What is necessary to do? I should replace Clutch or harden.
- Omit something?
I appreciate for helping me

So you would recommend doing a beta swap instead?
I've been thinking about it throughout the day actually,
and more or less come to the same conclusion..

137bhp over 115bhp with what seems like alot less work.
Only thing is that the nearest beta engine is about 90 miles from where I live..

Will look into the beta swap some more and see what I'll do..

Alright.. Looked around alot on the forum and found alot of interesting tid-bits..

Although I keep reading that I'll have to rewire my ecu harness..
I can't for the life of me find out what needs to be rewired and how.
All I see are references to hmaservice's webtech and I can't figure that site out..

If someone would be so kind as to tell me what would be needed to rewire the -95 1.5L SOHC
harness to the -97 2.0L Elantra ecu I would be one happy camper.

Cheers

Don't they have completely different connectors? I just put a 2.0 Elantra ECU in my '97 Hyundai DOHC. Completely different conector from the 1.5L SOHC. What difference will the 2.0 ECU make on a 1.5 anyways (Just curious so I know what to expect once I put the car back together again).

I want to stick with turbo.

Could anyone answear my previus question, because i can not find an answear to it anwhere ( maybe I am blind or something ;) ) .

I am interested mostly in rods stregth.

Maybe a little suggestion/request - could Modereator stick topic like "Hyundai Accent 1.5 turbo - what You need, where to get it and swapping beta engine" ... or something like that. A little step-by-step so one would not need to search entire forum or post similar topics.

MANY thanks .

Best regards
