Both of these bulbs fit the Tiburon. What is the difference??? Can anyone recommend me a good bulb? I was think PIAA's Extreme White. Also, can I use a higher wattage bulb than 55watts. I have been seeing these Bosch relays on Ebay that are supposed to make your bulbs whiter and brighter. Is this true???<img src=/images/forums/snitz/smile.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>

Well you say you have a '00 Tib. That year Tib has the following bulb models:
High beam: H1, 55w
Low beam: H7, 55w
Foglight: H3, 55w
Turn signal, front: 1157, 27/8w
Position marker (little bulbs in front): 194 wedge bulb, 5w
Of course it is possible to use higher wattage bulbs, but I wouldn't if I were you. One, the higher wattage bulbs might burn the surround in your headlight fixture due to the increased heat, and two, you will blind oncoming traffic and may be held liable if you cause an accident due to your lights. 55w is sufficient when buying the bulbs as that is what they are stock. Also, PIAA is a reputable mfr. but somewhat pricey (although my #1 choice still). Nokya and Raybrig are also good brands. Check out www.nextcollection.com for bulbs for the Tiburon. Don't go by their bulb chart though, it is wrong for the 2000-2001 Tiburons. I order bulbs from them and have had no problems as of yet.
