[Ravinaziankid]

After installing the stock wheel and tires, i hear some rubbing sound when im driving. Sounds like its scraping something. Can the hub be bad or something because i left these wheels and tires outside for 2 seasons until now. I thought they are meant to last in bad weather. Is there something i can hammer in to make the sound go away?

It might be the dust cover behind the brake disk.:ermm:
