Super, what exactly do you want to know? Look at some of my other post under the FI topic and see if those answer any of your questions, If not feel free to post away.

i'm not sure if the 93 version is the round version sports coupe, but if it is, you would need to fit a lancer evo 4, 5, 6 or 7 motor in, and try to mate it up with the fwd gearbox. if the 93 is the smaller style that was available as a turbo version, then the good news is that you can use any of the evo 1,2,3 lancer motors, or DSM 1G or 2G motors, or galant vr4 turbo motors coupled with the DSM fwd turbo gearbox. (or the standard hyundai gearbox)

On my car, i only needed to modify the bottom cross member, and groove out a reinforcement in the eclipse fwd gearbox, to make the whole thing fit into the engine bay.

In australia, it is starting to become popular, to fit the lancer gsr 1.8 litre turbo motor into the older style sports coupe's, using the standard fwd gearbox.

dsm-sonata, you have to remember that the lancer engines are not as readily available in the u.s. as the other dsm engines. but if i am mistaken and it is the same engine as the talon/eclipse/laser engine then it would probably be more beneficial to phrase it so, us americans are dumb <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

Rudy the engine that DSM is talking bout is a 180 degree difference on the motor. The 4G63 bolts up to the left side of the car where the Evo 4G63 bolts to the right side of the car so that is the difference between the US 4G63 and the EVO 4G63.
