Guys I have a 94 X3 Excel that is using way too much fuel (10L/100). I have replaced the eng tempo sensor and it seemed to improve for one tank only. Now it has gone back to chewing fuel again.

Air filter seems fine and the car runs okay in general.

What else could cause a 1.5L to use this much juice?

tire air pressure, get low rolling resistance tires(michelins), is your check engine light on?

Its weird in my old accent i got way better gas mileage when my check engine light was on, then when i got everything "fixed" it sucked gas like crazy.
