Does any one know anything about this bodykit? I had a local shop order it for my 98 tib. Ok here the thing, I was calling around and getting prices for a shop to install and paint the kit, and one shop said that if its fiberglass that there is always modification to do. I just want to know if this holds true on this kit, or if he is feeding me a load of $#!%. Then he was saying that the coast would depend on how many hairline fracters there where in the kit cause he would have to get rid of them so when the body rolls it will not chip the paint, wich this I understand. Basicly what Im asking is does anyone have this kit and have they had any problems with it? Thaks

The kit should bolt right on. As far as repairing damages on it this is true if there are any but when he starts using terms like hairline fractures (which means damage you won't see) he is probably trying to take you for a ride. He should be able to quote you a price before he starts to do the work. What he is trying to do is get you to let him start the work and then quote a price. By that time it is too late.

I'd take it to a body shop if I were you. I'd trust them over a rice shop anyday.

Also, I've heard that Zefiro makes EXCELLENT fitting kits.

Well ya the club gtr looks like a lot of other kits out there for the civic and eclips and the cuba body kit does not come on the 98, I say if your going to have an orginal car have and orginal bodykit as well. Shark racing told me I was the frist on the east coast to get the kit, But if you can get the cuba kit for your car go with that.

Ya that would be cool, but if took for ever for me to get my kit, and now that I got it it was stairing me in the face telling me to put it on so i did, now im runnig around town with a blue car and gray body kit, it's still cool though, i've been working with that body shop i mentioned before so I can learn somethings about body work and what all goes in to producing a nice looking car and I've got to say it's alot of work, but some time in the next 6 to 8 mo i should have worked off the money to get it worked on. I think it's going to be really nice Im going to paint it a light blue and shave to door handels, I still have a long time to go so Im sure I'll add more to it when the time comes, or I might just change my mind all over again,
