super street has a 98 supercharged accent gsi as one of their feature cars on the site. the first thing you see when you get to the site is "suddenly super" and there is a nice article about the car and the company! hows that for unexpected recognition??

This seems to familiar, could it be the same red 98 accent that was featured a year and a half ago, there were two I believe in one article, talking about the rimmer supercharger, could these be the same car with new wheels and more stuff? Too bad they diddent have color pics of the interior and more features of the car highlighted on the website. Gotta find out how much for the supercharger, the car looks stock except for that!

that is the same car its in the sport compact car june 1999 page 162 i have it right in front of me<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> but it still looks good the super charger is a eaton m-45 super charger so you will have to look up eaton.

well that supercharger isn't available anymore. it didnt like to hold boost levels upwards of 8psi. <img src=icon_smile_dissapprove.gif border=0 align=middle>

I think some of you don't notice the Accent at the top of the page. It has a 2.0L Beta in it. It was built by a rally company in the UK called MSD (Motor Sports Development) with the help of Hyundai. If it wasn't for Hyundai, the conversion would be a helluva lot harder..
